Henry Velasquez (Alpha Coaching, CEO and Coach)
Henry founded Alpha Coaching. Henry was inducted in the Honor Societ Phi Theta Kappa while attending The Baltimore County Community College. During his more than 15 years as a leadership professional, Henry has completed extensive training on Organizational Structure and Hiring Talent, Strategic Leadership, and Business Development, as well as Team Building Training and Productivity Education.
His leadership journey began coordinating, supervising, and providing staff support for local construction companies. Using his training and experience, Henry developed business strategies and models to ensure businesses and clients achieved their short term and long-term objectives. When becoming the President of Alpha Homes Companies in 2012, Henry began leading and motivating the team through advanced staff engagement in order to develop a high-performance culture. As President of Alpha Homes, high-quality investing decisions are made to advance the business and increase profits. In addition, the focus is to lead through evidence by establishing priorities in terms of corporate objectives and approved long-term strategies, guiding principles, and corporate milestones. This ensures everyone is in alignment and achieving their goals in an empowered way.
Wendy Gomez (Coach and investor)
Was born in Honduras, specialized in industrial engineering at UNAH (Honduras National Autonomy University). Came to USA in 2001 and worked in the Chik-fil-A approximately 5 years, and then she created a cleaning company called Gomez J&H cleaning service LLC in Maryland State, focused in residential, commercial and post-construction cleaning service.
Started in real estate business with her company Dream Home Solution LLC. With a second vision, she started another company in order to help the microentrepeneurs in USA, called Brilliant Creations LLC, a marketing company.
Due the current pandemic she started with a non-profit organization called COMPARTE, Focused on supporting single mothers, women with disabilities and children’s who are being affected by COVID-19.
She got a theology title in CA University and is an active Fortune Builders Mastery and Cala Academy student.
